Meet Iris and @derekeisel from Watmough Bay Farm. Derek gave loads of TLC to Iris after her mother died. They have quite a bond. Such a pleasure to meet them and Abe at their beautiful farm.
Deadline for sending my new manuscript to @homebound.publications is Monday. Thanks to a writer friend, I retreated to her family’s farmhouse for the last, big push. Just the goats, the dog, and my laptop for a productive day of finishing touches. A glorious sunset guided me home.
Heeere’s Booker! He joined our family a couple weeks ago by adoption. Sixty pounds of love, face licks, and companionship. The Naked Hiker and I are quite taken with this 2-year-old lab/ Siberian husky. Read his story on today’s blog post, irisgraville.com.
